Hello, and welcome. I am Brian Merrion, Managing Broker of City Point Realty LLC. When I was contemplating starting City Point I asked myself, does Chicago really need another real estate brokerage? And to this question, my answer was no. But I thought, what if the company was not “another real estate brokerage,” but rather a brokerage created from the consumer's perspective? As I began to develop the concept, the need for a new brokerage that operates dynamically around its clients became a necessity in my mind.
